An American THAAD battery deployed to The Jewish State last night intercepted a ballistic missile that was fired from Yemen by the pro-Iranian proxy army, the Houthi rebels

Early this morning was a historic moment for Air Defense Artillery as THAAD had its first ever engagement against a Houthi MRBM.

Previously, Houthi ballistic missiles have penetrated the Israeli air defense system and caused significant damage, so this initial success after failure is significant, and a valuable operational testing of the weapon system.
