Judge Bruce T. Smith is a retired United States Administrative Law Judge, having served with the Department of Homeland Security for eleven years. Judge Smith is also a retired Air Force Judge Advocate, having served for twenty-one years as an active-duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve JAG. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Air War College. He earned a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in International Operational Law from The Judge Advocate General’s School – Army at The University of Virginia.
