Strategy acknowledges collapse of domestic manufacturing but doesn't acknowledge the real villain: Globalism (now controlled by China)

Hooray - the new (and first) Defense Industrial Policy Strategy is here.

Strategies provided the pathway from policy to implementation and are key documents to articulate a logical sequence of steps to successful action action action. They must be intellectually visual and actionable by stating the major muscle movements to implement the text. The senior leader in DOD must be able to visualize the next three to five things they must do to “make it happen”. The writers on the DOD staff should always be able to draw an unequivocal, direct line pencil line from the statements in the strategy to the budget line items in the DOD budget. If the writers can’t do this - the strategy is vaporware.

The Biden document largely cut and pasted from Trump documents. Many in the legacy defense establishment cheered the issuance - but Loren Thompson characterized it right on the real message of the new Strategy, the “Pentagon Makes It Official: U.S. Industrial Decline Is Undermining National Defense”.

Further translation: The Defense Industrial Base derives its true strength from the private sector manufacturing base. The American private sector manufacturing base has evaporated through the cult of globalism which has sent American manufacturing jobs to China.

The communist, color revolution societal lines of effort that enabled this de-forestation of American manufacturing over the past 70 years include the following:

    • Brainwashing of our academics and students that manufacturing and all related sciences are racist, -phobic, unjust, etc. This is the “Howard Zinn-ing” of America.
    • Advocacy of feel good soft social sciences that fly in the face of hard science, Faith, and plain common sense.
    • The systematic political warfare de-meaning and de-valuing of anything associated with research, development, or production
    • The relentless message that anything other than feel good, soft social science activities are indicators of white male Christian Nationalism. These legacy activities should be sent to poor and pathetic people in other countries so we can exploit them and we can become a nation of environmental impact statement writers and social justice warriors.

The fruit of this crazed ideology: A drugged up nation that can’t produce anything

The answer: MAGA. The Biden Team made a great first step by largely plagiarizing the Trump Policy.

As a former US Army Red River Army Depot Cdr 2000-2002 we were beginning to become competitive by implementing ISO 9002 (BTW RRAD was the DOD first Depot to have ISO 9000 standards) also Lean Mfr to cut cost and improve production time. But corrupt congress and Senior DOD leaders were more interested in funding big defense firms! Now our organic DOD Depot system is a pathetic repair shops only.
