As the U.S. under President Trump pushes to end the war in Ukraine, and stop the killing, European leaders tied to the globalist agenda will have none of it, and are working hard to stop the 'rearming' of the manufacturing base in America, and the sale of American products globally.

We have long talked at AFP/CDM about the overhead agenda behind the war in Eastern Europe - that it benefits China. These globalist leaders are working for this agenda by keeping the war going.

The latest target of the EU is the American F-35 Lightning fighter platform.

This article is not to diminish the F-35 or say it is the end-all, be all for warfare, but I do want to point out the info war so 'you can see it'.

The narrative is as follows:

Mission Data Files: The Invisible Kill Switch of the F-35

The Pentagon insists that the F-35 does not have a remote “kill switch”, but it doesn’t need one.

While there is no direct mechanism to disable an allied jet remotely, the Mission Data File (MDF) system effectively serves as a functional equivalent.

These files are essential for the aircraft’s stealth optimization, target identification, and overall combat effectiveness.

Without timely updates from the United States, an allied nation’s F-35 could become significantly less capable in modern warfare.

MDFs are the F-35’s electronic battle manual, loaded with real-time intelligence and threat recognition data.

These files:

✔️ Optimize stealth flight paths (the “blue-line” track) to avoid enemy radar detection.

✔️ Enable sensor fusion, allowing the jet to identify and classify enemy aircraft and missile threats.

✔️ Provide electronic warfare data, essential for jamming and countermeasures.

Each allied nation depends on U.S.-controlled MDF updates to keep their jets operationally relevant. Without these updates, an F-35’s ability to detect new threats diminishes over time, making it more vulnerable.

The U.S. doesn’t need a physical shutdown mechanism—simply delaying or withholding MDF updates would significantly impact a foreign operator’s ability to deploy the F-35 effectively.

Since MDFs are updated by U.S. facilities, Washington retains control over how and when allied nations receive critical updates. (Clash Report)

The Pentagon responded:

The Pentagon today attempted to reassure its international partners in the F-35 program that there is no “kill switch” on the stealth fighter jet that the US could use to render it ineffective — the latest signal that there are real concerns abroad about American stewardship of the program amid tensions with historical allies, reported Real Clear Defense.

“There is no kill switch,” the Joint Program Office (JPO) for the F-35 program said in a statement. “The program operates under well-established agreements that ensure all F-35 operators have the necessary capabilities to sustain and operate their aircraft effectively. The strength of the F-35 program lies in its global partnership, and we remain committed to providing all users with the full functionality and support they require.”

“[It] isn’t an electronic kill switch. The US also cannot remotely take control of the F-35,” Stacie Pettyjohn, the director of the defense program at the Center for a New American Security, told Breaking Defense. “But by severing maintenance support, shipments of spare parts, and cutting foreign F-35s off from U.S. computer networks, the aircraft would quickly be hobbled.

“Without these software updates, F-35s could fly, but would be much more likely to be shot down by enemy air defenses. Also without U.S. maintainers and spare parts, it would be difficult to keep the aircraft flying for long, as it is an incredibly complex weapons system,” she said.

For its part, the Trump administration has shown the nefarious nature of the EU and its work against America. Vice President Vance has openly confronted European leaders over their tyrannical policies.

The administration has entered discussion with India about selling American systems there.

AFP will stay on this story and will have more reporting soon on this subject from direct sourcing.
