Here is my take on a great summer treat. Chicken salad 2 ways. Also, I share a story of my friend and fellow veteran Jenn Davis. Chicken Salad Ingredients - 1ea whole chicken shredded/chopped - 1.5 red onions - 1ea bunch of celery - 12-16oz of mayo - 3 tbs Dijon mustard Replace mustard with 8oz of Buffalo sauce for a kick!
