My alma mater, the United States Air Force Academy is sick. A complete overhaul is needed of personnel.

An example needs to be made here. This looks like an organized protest to us.

@samosaur reported on X: Brig. Gen. (ret) Martin France, Air Force, conducted a one man demonstration in dress uniform outside of the Air Force Academy graduation today.

He claims President Trump is the "most deplorable and reprehensible humans to ever hold ANY public office in the USA, much less presidency." As such, he believes it's his duty, after 41 years in uniform, to do something peaceful to "bring attention to, stop, and reverse what sane Americans see as a direct threat to our great nation."

Brig. Gen. France stated that his lawyer friends said that he "cannot be part of an organized protest if I’m in uniform, but that I can express my sentiments, consistent with my First Amendment rights to free speech.

My sign will simply say “LET THEM SERVE,” referring to and supporting the two transgender cadets graduating Thursday and the thousands that will be unconstitutionally and illegally separated from the military over the next several weeks."

Should a flag officer, retired or not, be using his uniform to protest? Is this legal as his lawyer friends told him?
