The South China Morning Post comes in hot in making the case for General Minihan to be the next logical choice to replace General Milley. According to the story, Frank Kendall, Secretary of the Department of the Air Force outlines a major plan to revamp the Air Force and the Space Force (Remember, like Department of the Navy which has two Services, Department of the Air Force also has two Services now).
Secretary Kendall said the Department of the Air Force must change to face the “kind of war we have no modern experience with”.
If C.Q. Brown was doing so swell as Air Force Chief of Staff, why is this urgent re-tooling needed?
