Secretary of Defense Hegseth is returning a portrait of the leader of the Confederate Army, General Robert E. Lee, to the West Point library in a bid to reverse the destruction of history under the treasonous Biden administration.

Despite the propaganda narrative that preserving American civil war memorabilia at the United States Military Academy at West Point, and other American military historical sites, is 'racist', anyone willing to understand the truth will know this narrative is completely false, and deceptive.

Southern officers and cadets rode away peacefully at the beginning of the war from West Point, and the return of southern officers upon reconciliation after the war was an important moment for the preservation of the republic.

This reconciliation should be heralded, not condemened.

As a portrait of Confederate General Robert E. Lee is returned to the West Point library, the mockingbird media is out in force promoting the propaganda lie that this is somehow nefarious.

Lee was a brilliant tactician and strategic thinker. He fought to win against all odds, as opposed to U.S. Army officers of the recent past.

He was a devout Christian and was fighting for his homeland that was invaded by northern forces.

West Point cadets would be wiser and better trained by learning about his life and accomplishments.

In addition, Lincoln had asked him to lead the Union Army, as the President knew of this capabilities. If he was so 'racist', that would not have happened.

As with American military bases that were named after Confederate war heroes, the memorialization of our history was done to show how the Union was held together; that is a fact that cadets of all ethnicities need to know and understand.
