The Republic of China, otherwise affectionately referred to as the Republic of Taiwan, fields its first fully-operational HIMARS unit, allegedly capable of striking targets within mainland China. Taiwan’s Defense Minister Koo confirms the unit’s personnel were trained by U.S. forces. This, along with the U.S. Army field-testing their new Mid-Range Capability “Typhon” ground-based missile system in the Philippines, undoubtedly challenges the CCP’s agenda.
